Info how to use MikroTik Syslog as Windows 2000 Service.

1. You should copy all files within this archive to your Syslog directory
    (most likely "c:\program files\mikrotik\mikrotik syslog\").
2. Run "install.bat"

Now service is installed. To run syslog as service run "start.bat".

To uninstall syslog service run "remove.bat"

If you have previous configuration and you want to keep it- you should use
regedit.exe and export registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MikroTik\ and
import it into HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\MikroTik\

When starting syslog, it may take up to 20sec to start, so you should not 
think that it has hung up.
